The villa is completely newly built house in the heart of nature, and is located in the city Šumnik near Litija. It is designed so that it is suitable for business meetings, meetings for families, or simply to relax in the wellness center. The villa has a total of 35 seats for business meetings and meeting room is equipped with the latest multimedia equipment.

They offer of a 5 room with twelve beds where you can relax after a busy day. Two rooms have separate bedrooms, two with double beds, one room with 4 beds. It is possible to add an additional bed.

The relaxation will give you pleasure in jacuzzi, sauna and they also provide a variety of massages. The surrounding area offers many sport activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, horseback riding and skiing.
