Denis Apartment house is situated in Zadar, only 200 meters from the sea and 3 km from the city center. The house has four fully equipped apartments.

Apartment for 4 persons: ground floor, two double bedrooms, equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, coffee machine) with dining room and living room, bathroom, sat TV and terrace with furniture in front of the apartment.

Apartment for 4 +1 persons: ground floor, two double bedrooms, living room with sofa and dining table, sat TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace in the courtyard.

Apartment for 2 +2 persons: ground floor, bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, sat TV and a terrace in the courtyard.

Apartment for 2 +2 persons: first floor, bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed and access to the terrace (furniture, sea view), fully equipped kitchenette, sat TV, bathroom.

In front of the house there is a garden with a gazebo and grill, where you can prepare delicious dishes on warm evenings. Parking is provided at the house. Guests can also pick organically grown vegetables from the owner's garden. Welcome!
