Sara's stone house is located on the island of Pasman just 5 meters from the sea, the place Barotul - one of the most beautiful bays on the island. It is newly renovated and equipped.

The house is about 3 km away from Pašman (center), where there are plenty of fun and good restaurants. There are also many walking and cycling routes nearby.

The house is suitable for 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children), is on three floors, size 45 m2 and with two terraces.
In the lower room there is a kitchen with dining room, toilet and exit to a covered terrace with barbecue.
On the top floor there is a living room, a bathroom with a toilet and an exit to the outdoor sun terrace.
In the attic there is a sleeping part with two beds, one of which is 160X200 and the other 120X200. An extra bed is arranged on a seating set in a living room of 120X200.
The house has air conditioning and 2 TVs. The sea and the beach are 5 meters from the house.

In front of the house there are also playgrounds, beach volleyball and in the vicinity is also a shop.
