Apartment house Viric is located on the island of Ugljan, in the small tourist town of Muline. Ugljan is the closest island to Zadar, is known as the green island, with a lush Mediterranean vegetation. Throughout the northeastern side of the island is classified fishing and tourist town, while its counterpart is steep and uninhabited. Because of the numerous coves, islands and rich underwater life, this is a real challenge for divers and sport fishermen. In the interior of the island are many paths suitable for walking or cycling. In the town of Muline are monuments of antiquity, the ancient mausoleum and the remains of an early Christian basilica.

The house has two apartments, each on its own floor. Each apartment has 67m2, kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The upper apartment has two lodges and sea views. The lower apartments open onto the courtyard and a large spacious terrace. The house is accessed from two sides, parking is available along the coast near the house. All guests can use the courtyard, garden barbecue and outdoor shower. Apartments don’t have air conditioner.

The concrete beach is only 50 meters away, sandy bay with pine trees is located 7 minutes walk away.
