Apartments Villa Lovrencic *** are located in the beautiful and quiet area of town Preko, on the island of Ugljan, and it offers accommodation for 4+2 persons. The apartment is modern located on the top floor of the building. It has 55m2, a large living room with a double bed, two bedrooms (two beds with length 210 cm), the possibility of one extra bed for a child, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, toaster), dining room, bathroom, hallway, large covered terrace (24m2) with a viwe of the sea, island Galevac and Zadar-Pasman Channel. There is also a barbecue in the courtyard. The apartment is air-conditioned (one air-condition in the living room and one in the bedroom) and it also has a sat TV and free wireless internet.

Guests can use the parking lot. Pets are welcome (by prior arrangement).
