Apartments Martina are located on Island Ugljan, in town Ceprljanda, near the beach. There are three apartments with A2 / 4 + 1, A1 / 5 + 1 and studio 2 + 1. All apartments are fully equipped. The studio apartment is brand new and accommodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
All apartments have: Balcony / terrace, kitchen, bedroom, bed linen, towels and wi-fi. The bigger apartments 4 + 1 and 5 + 1 also have a climate. The first apartment has a 12 sqm large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The second apartment has a terrace of 10 square meters, also overlooking the sea. Studio apartment has a kitchen, double bed, bathroom, sat TV, air conditioning and internet. There is also a parking place and a garden barbecue. The nearest beach is only 30 meters away. Upon agreement, owners arrange transport from and to the airport in Zadar.
The beach next to the house has a natural shade, in the sea there is a gravel, and the beach itself is paved. Access to the water is arranged and perfectly suitable also for young children or the elderly. Untouched nature, beautiful surroundings and crystal clear sea do not leave anyone indifferent.
Ceprljanda is a quiet town where there is not a lot of traffic, but it has a shop, a local market and a restaurant. Due to the small size of the city, quiet holidays are guaranteed.
Ugljan Island is located opposite Zadar, and you can reach one of the frequent ferry lines to this place. Due to the large quantity of Mediterranean shrubs, pine trees, olives and figs, it is also called the green island. The most famous places located on the eastern part of the island are Preko, Kali, Kukljica and Ugljan. The western part does not have major cities and is mostly uninhabited and therefore suitable for exploring, walking, biking, ...
Diverse beaches, hidden bays and beautiful landscapes are characteristic of the island of Ugljan, while the natural beauties along the side can also provide excellent local food prepared in one of the many restaurants on the island.
