In lower Vipavska Dolina, near the border with Italy, in town Orehovlje, they offer six apartments in the former mill building. Building lays nearby the river Vipava`s dam, so all apartments have view on the waterfall which falls trough the dam in the pool. On the building there is preserved mill wheel. Roar of water over the dam is very relaxing, so staying in their apartments is suitable for all who want a break in nature.

Apartments are different sizes, two-bed and four-bed. Entry in apartments is mutual for all. Every apartment has bedroom – living room with little kitchen, bathroom and toilette. Four apartments have windows with French balcony, one of them has porch. All apartments have equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, refrigerator, hood, electric stove and sink. Apartments also have air conditioning, digital TV, wireless internet, table and chairs, bedding, bedside table, wardrobe, TV cabinet and wall mirror. Two apartments have sofa. Bathrooms have regular or massage showers, hairdryer, sink, mirror, toilette and cabinet.

Apartments and rooms “V mlinu” are in different colors. They have apartments in bright blue, yellow, green, orange, bright lilac and pink. They offer ensured parking space for 6 cars. Continental breakfast is already done and guests can serve it to themselves in apartments.
