We have three apartments*** of different size in the house. Sea and center of town Punat are 400-500 m away, the closest store is 100 m away. Every apartment has own terrace (8,5 m2) with awning, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave owen, satellite TV, full equipment for cozy staying, equipment and cutlery for preparing and serving food, and each apartment has assured parking space.
