3 km away from Stara Novalja, in village Petrika you can find house where we rent 3 air conditioned apartments with kitchen and bathroom. Guest can also use terrace. Guests can rent an apartment for 4-5 persons (65 m2), apartment for 4 persons (75 m2, not suitable for families with children), and apartment for 2-3 persons. House is located directly by the beach and pool which can be used from April to October. At the beach is a shower with fresh water. Store is in the vicinity. We offer our guests trips with van or speedboat. Parking is assured.

We also rent a bungalow for 4 to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, big terrace and a garden with parking. It is suitablae for guests that have pets.
